Same company – just a new name

In July 2014, Sønderborg Værktøjsfabrik changed owner and became part of Flextronics, which subsequently changed name to Flex.

Flex is a global company offering various services within design, manufacture, distribution and after-market services. Flex also owns other tool factories and wants to portray coherence and common strength by using the same logotype, among other things. Sønderborg Værktøjsfabrik keeps its name but adds ”A Flex Company” as a sub-title.

Our local focus of meeting the needs of our existing customers and market demand remains unchanged.
